We are pleased to introduce you to The South Wing, a magazine of essays, prose and poems.
We are young writers who felt limited between the structural confines of academic assignments and the aging rigidity of some of the professional publications we read. We believed we had something to say, and wanted a space in which to say it. This is the result.
If we have a mission, it is this; to publish quality when it finds us, to see the world as it is with as few preconceptions as possible, and to change our minds shamelessly with that damnable arrogance of youth that believes this time we may get it right.
